SENIOR PARTNER

• Percival attended Eton College for his A-Levels (AAAAA) before studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford, where he graduated with First Class Honours, where he was a member of the Bullingdon Club.

• After Oxford, he enrolled in Harvard's 2+2 program, where he eventually graduated from Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance, receiving the Baker's Scholar accolade for stellar academic performance.

• Percival commenced his career as an Investment Analyst at the global hedge fund Citadel, based in London, on global equities in L/S equities, event-driven reactive investing, and special situations cash equities trading.

• After Citadel and Harvard Business School, Percival joined D.E. Shaw then Millennium as a Portfolio Manager and was particularly involved, inter alia, in a proprietary adjusted cash secured put strategy naturally focusing on theta trading that raised his risk limits with the firm and therefore and resultantly risk-adjusted returns over time.

• At D.E. Shaw and Millennium, Percival worked as a Portfolio Manager with a team of Investment Analysts for the best part of the decade before ultimately joining Longshanks Capital. He generated world class alpha generation with convertible arbitrage and equity derivatives trading with a consistently commendable Sharpe ratio of 3+. Notably, Percival's derivatives trading experience is especially transferable to Longshanks Capital's bottom line.

• Robert started his professional career at the c. USD 2 billion AUM hedge fund LIM Advisors in convertible arbitrage, special situations, and statistical arbitrage aged 20 before becoming a Quantitative Trader at J.P. Morgan in London, trading c. 100 USD billion in FX a day on the eFX Trading desk.

• After working at a hedge fund and an investment bank both with longstanding prestige, Robert ventured into entrepreneurship for the past decade, founding six ventures in finance, technology, and their intersection—all EBITDA-profitable and operational today.

• Before founding Longshanks Capital with Kevin Schneider and Maurice Constatatin, Robert founded aged 30 and was the hedge fund manager for the Pan-Asian convertible arbitrage, special situations, and statistical arbitrage hedge fund 18 Salisbury Capital and was joined by hedge fund veterans Michael Gibson, Masanori Takakau, and Stephen Yuen.

• Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Mathematics from Cambridge, and Physics (1st)—where he spent a year abroad at MIT (5.0/5.0)—and earned a Master of Physics (Integrated) in Physics (Distinction) from Cambridge. After Cambridge, Robert earned a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics (Distinction) from Oxford. Finally, Robert holds a Master of Experience (Honors) from Stanford GSB.
