Oxford- and Cambridge-educated Robert is a seasoned entrepreneur, fund manager, and quantitative trader. Starting his career at a USD 2 billion AUM hedge fund LIM Advisors aged 20 before becoming a quantitative trader at J.P. Morgan, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding six EBITDA-profitable ventures across finance and technology in the past ten years. Before founding Longshanks Capital, Robert founded the Pan-Asian special situations hedge fund 18 Salisbury Capital aged 30.

Nagi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Bhubaneswar. He has worked as a Data Scientist at Turing, one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies, driving the advancement and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems. Before joining Longshanks Capital, Nagi was a Cybersecurity Analyst at the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Police Commissionerate and an Analyst at the Arts and Humanities Research Council, an independent public body sponsored by the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Varun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from IIT Bombay, where he ranked 1644 in the JEE Advanced. Before joining Longshanks Capital, Vatun was a Data Scientist at Microsoft, where he explored the causal relationships and feature analysis of Developers. Before Microsoft, Varun also gained valuable experience in business development at Olive Gaea, Varun was promoted to Junior Partner at Longshanks Capital in 2025 after Kevin Schneider's termination.
