During his undergraduate studies at IIT Roorkee, he gained experience in web development, the culinary arts, and project information management. Prior to this role, he was a Software Engineer in the highly selective Digital Industries Software division at Siemens. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering (Major) and Computer Science (Minor) from IIT Kharagpur, where he ranked 2958 in the JEE Advanced. His academic background, coupled with extensive AI-driven research projects under esteemed faculty at IIT Kharagpur, positions him as a valuable contributor to quantitative strategy and innovation.

Manurbhav is a Quantitative Strategist at Longshanks Capital and Head of Quantitative Development. In addition to his role at Longshanks Capital, Manurbhav concurrently works as a Software Engineer at SBS, a Paris-headquartered fintech leader specializing in cloud-native SaaS banking tools. Before joining Longshanks Capital, Manurbhav worked as a Software Engineer at Rashmi Group, a Data Scientist at Aiensured, Web Developer at FOSSEE, and a Research Fellow at his alumni institution IIT Tirupati. Manurbhav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Tirupati, where he ranked 13824 in the JEE Advanced.

Nagi is a Quantitative Strategist at Longshanks Capital. In addition to his role at Longshanks Capital, Nagi serves as a Data Scientist at Turing, one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies driving the advancement and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems. Before joining Longshanks Capital, Nagi was a Cybersecurity Analyst at the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Police Commissionerate and an Analyst at the Arts and Humanities Research Council, an independent public body sponsored by the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Nagi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Bhubaneswar, where he ranked 3271 in the JEE Advanced.

Varun is a Quantitative Strategist at Longshanks Capital. Before Longshanks Capital, Varun was a Data Scientist at Microsoft, where he deep-dived into the causal relationship and feature analysis of Developer metadata to derive business insights and improve developer retention. Before joining Longshanks Capital, Varun also gained valuable experience in business development at Olive Gaea, a venture leveraging artificial intelligence to create sustainability-driven solutions. Varun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (Major) and Computer Science (Minor) from IIT Bombay—the most selective among the IITs— where he ranked 1644 in the JEE Advanced.
