Beyond his work at Longshanks Capital, Ayush founded GRDNT, a fashion accessories manufacturing firm—and served as an Equity Research Analyst at A. Stotz Investment Research. During his undergraduate studies, he gained experience in software engineering, the culinary arts, and project management. Ayush holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, where he ranked 1893 in the JEE Advanced. Ayush’s diverse background spans equity research, founding a manufacturing venture, and hands-on experience in engineering and systems design at IIT Roorkee.

Jatin worked for four years at Edge Focus, which develops and operates an advanced fintech platform in investment management, first as a Quantitative Developer then as a Quantitative Strategist. He started his career as Data Scientist at Flexile, a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at IIT Bombay, and a Research Analyst at both Adobe and the Technical University of Braunschweig. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Bombay, where he ranked 33 in the JEE Advanced, and a Master of Finance—specializing in Financial Mathematics—from MIT.

Before Longshanks Capital, Kavya was a Software Engineer and Data Analyst at Franklin Templeton, a global investment firm in addition to having been a Teaching Assistant at IIT Bombay covering various Computer Science courses to IIT Bombay undergraduate students. Most recently, he was a Quantitative Developer at the proprietary algorithmic trading firm Quadeye.

Pallav holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, where he ranked 475 in the JEE Advanced. He was the Executive of the Official the ACM Student Chapter and CS Departmental Society of IIT Delhi. Pallav has implemented projects ranging from a full interpreter in OCaml to a congestion-controlled UDP protocol, cache coherence simulators, probabilistic models, and terminal-based tools in addition to quant side projects, such as stochastic modeling and market microstructure strategies.

Kush is currently an Analyst at the investment bank Goldman Sachs in a revenue generating role after his stint at Longshanks Capital ended.
